Volvo Co-Pilot 2.0 is an innovative assistance system for heavy equipment operators, now fully integrated into the Volvo simulators and available as an option for a highly realistic training experience. With advanced features such as Load Assist, Dig Assist and Haul Assist with Onboard Weighing and Operator Coaching, operators can now practice precision work, load optimization, and efficient material handling in a safe, virtual environment.

By working with the Volvo Co-Pilot 2.0 in a simulator before operating real machinery, operators become safer, more productive, more efficient, and fully prepared to perform at their best from day one.

Identifying who needs training—and what kind—is often a challenge. Volvo Simulators make this process simple and effective through the integrated Operator Performance System (OPS).

OPS combines a powerful user management system with tools for organizing training groups, assigning scenarios, and tracking individual progress. Built on a robust SQL database, OPS logs all simulator activity and captures key performance metrics for every session.
